B. Attach SKIRT FRONT Panel

The SKIRT FRONT panel's waistband has a total of 9 snaps : 7 medium size snaps on the inside of the waistband, and 2 small snaps on the outmost edges of the outside of the waistband.

The easiest way to distinguish the SKIRT FRONT panel from the SKIRT BACK panel is to note that unlike the SKIRT BACK panel, the SKIRT FRONT panel does not have a seam running down the center of it.

The SKIRT FRONT panel attaches to the waist of the basic tutu (where the layers of tulle are attached to the basque) with the 7 medium size snaps.

The 2 small snaps on the outermost edges of the waistband of the SKIRT FRONT panel snap to the waistband of the SKIRT BACK panel in Section C. Attach SKIRT BACK Panel.

Steps to attach SKIRT FRONT panel:

1. Lay SKIRT FRONT panel over front of skirt, lining up the 7 medium size snaps:

2. Snap SKIRT FRONT panel to the waist of the basic tutu, matching up each of the 7 medium size snaps (working from the center is easier):
