E. Attach LEFT WING and RIGHT WING

The two remaining panels to be attached are the LEFT WING and the RIGHT WING.
The two WINGS are pretty much identical and pretty much symmetrical.
They attach to the bodice of the basic tutu via pairs of snaps along
the inner top edge of the bodice, close to the shoulder straps.

C. Attach SKIRT BACK Panel

The inside of the SKIRT BACK panel's waistband has a total of 6 snaps : 4 medium size snaps plus 2 small snaps on the outmost edges of the waistband.

As noted in Section B. Attach SKIRT FRONT Panel, the SKIRT BACK panel has a seam running down the center of it whilst the SKIRT FRONT panel does not.

The 4 medium size snaps are used to attach the waistband of the SKIRT BACK panel to the waist of the basic tutu (where the layers of tulle are attached to the basque).

The 2 small outmost snaps are used to attach the waistband of the skirt back panel to the waistband of the skirt front panel.

2.Snap SKIRT BACK panel to waist of the basic tutu, matching up each of the 4 medium size snaps; note that when attaching the two snaps in the center of the back, you can pull the waistband of the SKIRT BACK panel taut (it has elastic in it).

B. Attach SKIRT FRONT Panel

The SKIRT FRONT panel's waistband has a total of 9 snaps : 7 medium size snaps on the inside of the waistband, and 2 small snaps on the outmost edges of the outside of the waistband.

The easiest way to distinguish the SKIRT FRONT panel from the SKIRT BACK panel is to note that unlike the SKIRT BACK panel, the SKIRT FRONT panel does not have a seam running down the center of it.

The SKIRT FRONT panel attaches to the waist of the basic tutu (where the layers of tulle are attached to the basque) with the 7 medium size snaps.

The 2 small snaps on the outermost edges of the waistband of the SKIRT FRONT panel snap to the waistband of the SKIRT BACK panel in Section C. Attach SKIRT BACK Panel.

Steps to attach SKIRT FRONT panel:

2. Snap SKIRT FRONT panel to the waist of the basic tutu, matching up each of the 7 medium size snaps (working from the center is easier):
